Last night was our final performance of the Psychic Cabaret for 2018 and I could not be more proud or grateful for the wonderful year we've had. Thanks to everyone who helped make our shows so unique and special. Wishing you all a joyous holiday season. I'm predicting a truly eventful 2019 for us all!

This show was so much fun! Michael Jons is funny and talented. He kept everyone very engaged with his humor and interactive approach and amazed all of us with the things he did. The venue was intimate and very comfortable with a yummy selection of wines and small plates. I would definitely recommend it!

I’m so pleased to announce our 2019 performance dates for Michael Jons’ Psychic Cabaret at Eno Wine Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC.
Eno has provided the perfect home for the show since 2016. The show takes place downstairs in The Cellar, a cozy, intimate space which seats only 20 people. The Sundays at 5:00pm performances are a great time to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the coolest underground show in DC. Bring some friends. You'll have a lot to talk about after the show!

Absolutely entertaining, fun, learning so much about the history of psychics, being totally amazed, sometimes literally unbelievably so, but ... there it was. Michael Jons is a teacher and showman all wrapped in one person. The Eno Wine Bar downstairs lounge/performance space is an intimate but very comfortable setting for 20 or so people to relax with a glass of excellent wine for and have a wonderful time laughing and interacting and being really perplexed for well over an hour.

I was looking for something interesting to do for my birthday and this Psychic Cabaret fit the bill. I loved the small venue, the delicious food and wine from ENO, but, most of all, the show! There were lots of opportunities for audience participation and the build up was enjoyable for both the skeptics and believers in my party. We had a really great time and walked away asking each other, "How did he do that?!?!" I'd love to experience the show again and highly recommend it for a fun evening out.

Really a mind changer. Michael brings the history of the craft and his engaging style to his show and makes even the non-believers (like me) want to at least consider his gift as some type of truth. Either way you'll have a lot of laughs and learn a bit more about what 'reality' truly means.

We are celebrating another successful year of performances at The Four Seasons in Georgetown.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our show this year and helped make it such a sell-out success. We are also grateful for the incredible staff at Eno Wine Bar for taking such good care of us and making us all feel right at home.

Not sure what to expect from a Psychic Cabaret, I joined my daughter and her BF on a rainy Sunday afternoon at the Eno Bar - only to be amazed, entertained and captivated by Michael Jons. We had a convenient AirBnB in Georgetown and missed the intermittent showers to trek down to see the show. We could not have been happier with the mix of wonderful demonstrations of stage presence and audience interactions. If you like small venues where you get to participate in feats o magic - go see Michael Jons!

September and October performances of The Psychic Cabaret are almost sold out!
Sunday at 5:00 pm is the perfect time to kick back with a glass of wine and have an amazing time in the comfortable and relaxed setting of The Cellar at Eno Wine Bar. Michael performs for small groups of about 16 people which gives everyone the opportunity to participate and experience the show first hand.

Wicked Thoughts in Tawas Bay

I was back at the Tawas Bay Playhouse for two performances of my new show, "Michael Jons' Wicked Thoughts". I love doing these shows as benefits for the Tawas Bay Players who do such an amazing job creating theater for the community. Thanks to everybody who came out to see the show. We raised more money for the Players this year than last, which is awesome!
These shows are particularly fun for me because my family, friends and neighbors get an opportunity to see the show.
Many "Wicked Thoughts" of members of the community were exposed during the course of the shows. We learned of one woman's secret crush on her podiatrists ("Dr. Handsome") and about how another very nice woman followed instructions on a bumper sticker and made some trucker very happy. We also found out that one guy has been lying to his mother his entire life about liking her potato salad, which he actually hates. It was a great evening of interactive theater!
Hopefully we can do it again next summer with another all new show!

We loved this show. Had no idea what to expect and we were very pleasantly surprised. The Eno Bar is lovely. So we went for a drink before the show and the venue downstairs is very comfy. It holds about 15 people so you get a very intimate show. Michael was very entertaining and informative and included everyone in the show at some point. I'd highly recommend it.

I have spent time nearly every summer of my life on the beach of Lake Huron near Tawas, Michigan. Last summer I performed, "Michael Jons' Psychic Cabaret," as a benefit to support the Tawas Bay Players and their work creating and promoting quality theater in the community. We sold out a week in advance and it was a really fun evening!
This year I'm pleased to be premiering my brand new show, "Michael Jons' Wicked Thoughts" at the Tawas Bay Playhouse for TWO benefit performances on Friday, July 27th and Saturday, July 28th, 2018! It's a fun, 75-minute, interactive show appropriate for all ages.

Michael Jons' Wicked Thoughts open rehearsal performances start in just a few weeks!
Its an all-new stage show that I've been working on for a while. I think this may be my best show yet, but you just never really know what you have until you put it out in front of an audience. That's part of the terror and excitement of creating a new show.
I'll be presenting special "open rehearsal" performances of portions of the show every Saturday night in April at 10:00pm at the DC Arts Center theater. These casual performances will give me the opportunity to test out some of the routines I am developing for the show in front of a live audience.
